Return Eligibility & Time Limit
You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and complete original packaging intact. Products with obvious wear marks, makeup stains, perfume odors, washing traces, or artificial damage will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
1. Contact our official email to submit a return application and state your return reason; 2. Wait for our customer service review and return approval; 3. Send the goods back according to the designated return address; 4. After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Rules
Once your return is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our product quality problem or our delivery error.
